These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Spit N' Shine Atx. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide professional window cleaning, pressure washing, exterior house cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services as described on our website, promotional materials, and service estimates.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Spit N' Shine Atx reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins through estimates, quotes, or invoices.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, checks, and major credit or debit cards.

Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional collection efforts or fees where permitted by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property before service begins. This may include removing obstacles, securing pets, unlocking access points, or identifying hazards.

Customers must notify us in advance of any fragile materials, damaged areas, specialty surfaces, defective windows, loose screens, or other areas requiring additional caution.

Spit N' Shine Atx is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by inaccessible work areas or unsafe conditions.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care during service, Spit N' Shine Atx is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defective seals, oxidation, sun damage, loose screens, cracked glass, worn window frames, or pre-existing wear to surfaces being cleaned.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions, hidden defects, improper installations, or conditions outside of our control.

Certain stains, hard water buildup, discoloration, or environmental damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning services.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and address service-related concerns where appropriate.

7. Termination

Spit N' Shine Atx reserves the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety concerns, hazardous property conditions, aggressive animals, inaccessible work areas, abusive behavior, or other reasonable factors prevent service from being completed safely and professionally.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
